A set-up fee, paid once. Then a subscription that keeps your software running day to day.

  3. 03 · We buildA first working version within a few weeks, adjusted with you. We present it to you and your team.
  4. 04 · We refine it with youOver the year, we adjust your software as you use it, until it fits the way you work precisely.

Pricing

Paid onceThe set-upWe design and configure your software: your data brought over, your tools connected, your team trained to use it. The amount is set in the quote, depending on the scope of the project.
Paid every monthThe subscriptionWhat keeps your software running day to day. A fixed amount, the same every month, which includes:
  • hosting, in Paris, and security;
  • support, by phone or email;
  • fixes and small improvements (an indicator, an export, a setting);
  • day-to-day follow-up.

The subscription is annual and renews each year; you can end it at the close of any year. You pay monthly or yearly, as you prefer. One subscription for the whole team, with no per-user cost. A new module is quoted separately.

Tools in your own name, such as your email-sending service, remain at your expense. The AI in your software is included in the subscription for normal use.
