What you pay

OnceThe set-upWe build your software and configure it for you: your data brought over, your tools connected, your team introduced to it. The amount is set in the quote, depending on what needs building.

Every monthThe subscriptionThe same amount every month, which never moves. It includes:

hosting, in Paris, and security;
support, by phone or email;
fixes and small improvements (an indicator, an export, a setting);
day-to-day follow-up.

A one-year commitment, paid monthly or yearly. A new module is quoted separately. One subscription for the whole team, with no per-user cost.

What is OG?

One piece of software, built around your business. All your work in one place, and whatever repeats itself happens on its own.

Online software, in your colours, that we build with you. It brings together what is scattered today: your customers, your emails, your quotes, your schedules, your numbers. You open it in your browser, on a computer, tablet or phone, with nothing to install.

About us

OG. For Oscar Giraud, of course. For original, because every business deserves a tool that fits it. And for oggi, “today” in Italian: the world moves fast, and businesses need tools of their time.

The son of entrepreneurs, I grew up inside businesses and in the ski resort world. I saw up close what repetitive tasks cost, the tools that don’t talk to each other, the time you never have for what really matters.

I created OG to support businesses of every size: understand how they work, build with them the tool they are missing, and stay by their side as it grows. So that they save time, and feel freer to do what they want, the way they want.

The project

Why OG, and not someone else?

We build around the way you work, not the other way round. What works for you, we connect; what can be done better, we replace. Instead of ten tools that don’t talk to each other, you have one. And one direct contact, who knows your software inside out.

Does it work for my trade?

That is the whole idea. We first come to understand how you work, then build the tool around it. Craftsman, shop, hotel, concierge service, practice, ski resort: your software starts from your tasks.

My business is small. Is this for me?

Yes. The smaller the team, the more every hour saved counts.

How long before I can use it?

A first version within a few weeks, depending on what needs building. We start with what saves you the most time.

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. Your software is built with your words and your habits, and we walk you through it when we hand it over.

Price and subscription

How much does it cost?

It all depends on the software and its size. A set-up fee, quoted after a free first conversation, then a fixed subscription, the same every month.

Is there a commitment?

Yes, for one year. You can pay monthly or yearly.

What does the subscription include?

Hosting, support, fixes, small improvements and day-to-day follow-up.

Does the price depend on the number of users?

No. One subscription for your whole team.

What if I want a new module?

Small adjustments are included. A new module is quoted separately.

Artificial intelligence

What is an AI agent, in practice?

An assistant that takes care of specific tasks: answering routine emails, preparing a quote, keeping an eye on what is said about you. The rest are automations: clear rules, written once, that run on their own.

Do I stay in control?

Of everything. You choose what goes out on its own and what is submitted to you first, and you can stop or change anything.

Is my data used to train an AI?

No. Our AI providers are contractually bound not to use your data to train their models.

Your data

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes. We only collect what is useful, your customers’ consents are checked and recorded, and anyone can see or delete their data.

Where is my data hosted?

In Paris, on secure servers. Each person on your team only sees what concerns them.

Who owns the software?

OG builds, hosts and maintains your software: that is what lets us keep improving it and keep it secure. Your data belongs to you.

What if I stop?

At the end of the commitment, access stops and we give you back all your data.
